Dr Lisa Friederich MBBS, FRACS is a female plastic surgeon based in Sydney offering a range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeries to her patients.
Prior to commencing her medical career, Dr Lisa studied art and photography. Dr Lisa completed her internship at the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital before commencing her basic surgical training, during which she worked as a resident across a range of surgical areas including intensive care and anaesthesia. After completing her basic training, Dr Lisa went on to work as a registrar in general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, cardiothoracic surgery and plastic surgery. In 2008 she commenced her advanced plastic and reconstructive surgery training through the Royal College of Surgeons.
After completing her initial training in Perth where she worked in both paediatric and adult surgery for three years, Dr Lisa then moved to Melbourne and worked at the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s plastic surgery unit. Following six months in Melbourne, Dr Lisa moved to Sydney to complete her plastic surgery training at the Royal North Shore Hospital. This included a cosmetic surgery rotation at Macquarie Cosmetic, as well as six months in the hand surgery unit at Royal North Shore Hospital.
Dr Lisa Friederich is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Australia, and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
